Per the request for comment following the May 1st House Energy & Commerce Health Subcomittee hearing on telemedicine, the Health IT Now Coalition submitted comments for the record on June 16th. We applaud House Energy & Commerce Health Subcommittee for its leadership in holding the hearing and in gathering stakeholder input. HITN provided ideas on how to transfer health care for technology in the hopes that the Subcommittee will take these ideas and advance legislation that makes it easier and less costly for providers to deliver telemedicine services to patients.
